We both believe that we were fortunate to have been born and raised in North Central British Columbia. After all, most of our favorite activities take place outdoors, and where better to experience the outdoors than BC.

Over the years, our past times and obsessions have included fishing, boating, hunting, and exploring this beautiful part of the province. We also spend time kayaking and river boating over our wild northern rivers, enjoying the breathtaking serenity and scenery, and in the winter, we spend a lot of time snowshoeing.

5 years ago, with over 20 years of industry experience under our belts, we began to build a main lodge and guest cabins at one of our favorite locations, the lovely Opatcho Lake. Along with being a trophy lake for Rainbow trout, producing great fish in the 2-8 lb. range, it is an area rife with natural beauty and charm. This is the stage on which our outdoor adventures take place.
